Stellar Service! No-push sale experience as all pre-sales questions were promptly and patiently answered, when we inspected the car we were giving all the time in the world rather than the sales rep looking over our shoulders - refreshing! The show room is professional and clean, no hidden surprises with the car. The entire process was super smooth and even after the sale they paid for a battery replacement (it wasn't obvious that the battery was on its last legs so not their fault)

Good price considering that they had the engine and turbos replaced on it at cosiderable cost by local landrover garage who i have used before. So that has a 2 year warranty. Good friendly staff . The Tiguan we purchased was beautifully turned out matching the On line description perfectly. Sales staff were efficient, knowledgeable and considerate. The small but friendly company has superb stock. I nearly bought a Bentley! Paperwork and administration was handled very effectively by Jake who impressed me hugely. When going to view a VW Toureg I was very tentative from past experiences with car dealerships. having arrange a date & time to look at the car via Jake on the phone & email, I was very impressed that there was no HARD SELL, I was left alone to look at the car & all the others in their show room, Jake made me feel totally at ease. The true measure of a sales team is not just how they treat you before you buy from them, but it is how they deal with you after you have spent money with them. I have had experience in the past with garages that were excellent prior to buying a vehicle, but once out of the door the level of service dropped. Now, when buying a second hand vehicle there is always a chance of an issue, and to me it is how the company deals with that issue that sets them apart from the others. I recently purchased a car from Marshall & Sons and it had an issue. But, the way they dealt with the issue was exemplary, and I would recommend them to anyone; their customer care extends beyond the moment you sign on the dotted line and I would happily buy another vehicle from them with peace of mind that if there is an issue it will be dealt with promptly and with the same level of service I had from the moment I walked in as a prospective customer.
